Registration has ended. For players still wishing to play, you may add your name to a wait list. Waiting Lists are available at either AG Parks and Rec Dept. or Soccer Mart on Grande Ave. You do not need to sign up on both lists. Names may be added to the waiting list starting June 6.
Registration forms may be completed at www.eayso.org. Please print 2 copies.
The Registration fee is $110.
If your child did not play for Region 83 last year please include a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
