2025-2026 AYSO Region 83 All Stars
The All Star program for divisions 10U-14U is an opportunity for kids to enhance and develop their skills during post season tournaments. Players are selected based on skill, sportsmanship, good attitude, commitment to their team, and coach recommendations. Teams compete in tournaments within AYSO Area Q (which includes Paso Robles, SLO, 5 Cities, Nipomo, Santa Ynez, and Lompoc Regions) and, if they advance, in the playoff tournaments for Section10 held in Bakersfield in February. If teams advance from the Section playoffs, the next tournament - Western States - is typically held in CA, AZ, or NV.
Players should not have a conflicting commitment such as club team-requirements.
Each All-Star team will have the responsibility of supplying minimum 3 qualified/certified referees for each tournament. One of the three must be competent/certified to referee that age division (for 10U and 12U; see requirements for 14U below) for every match assigned - i.e., three Assistant Referees don't make a complete ref team. If the Head Coach is one of the team referees, the team must then have 2 referees and 2 AR's (however, head coaches may not referee in Area or Section playoffs). Tournament dates are listed below.
